Ohhh, I just feel lazy right now. Like, too lazy to write a decent post. I’m not tired…in fact, I did actually “sleep in” (mostly just lounged in my dark bedroom, in the half-awake/ half-asleep state, too lazy to get up) for quite a while. It’s windy and rainy out and my mood reflects it. 🙂
So, I won’t force it and I have nothing of profound significance for you today. Haha. Ironically, speaking of laziness, I have been brainstorming some ideas for the little “Productivity Series” I’d like to do this week, though.
A few ideas I’d like to cover:
-My planner/ calendar system (on paper) and how I personally use it
-Google Calendar and how I use that (in conjunction with my paper planner system); also how I handle “time blocking”
-My “accessory notebook” and organization system (home to my habit tracker/ lists/ highlight journal)
-My to-do list system and what works for me re: keeping track of and completing tasks
-Misc. productivity tools I use for organizing some things that don’t fit into one of the above categories
What am I missing?? I personally love hearing about the nitty gritty of how other people plan and execute their daily lives and operations. I find it so interesting. Let me know if there’s anything you’re curious about and I’ll add it to the list!
Speaking of planning ahead/ preparing for 2021….LOL!! Too funny.

Daily Gratitude:
I am grateful for when days that you feel lazy line up with days that you don’t “have” to do anything important.
i love lazy days too, lately my sundays are dedicated to be lazy. hahaha
please do share your productivity hacks, i’m always interested to learn about like minded people strategies. always room to improve.

I had some fairly lazy days this weekend, too. I read 2 books this weekend, which is a lot for me. I didn’t nap either day so that gave me more time to read. I did spend 1 naptime putting up our tree and 1/2 of the other one helping Phil put plastic on a window in our living room as that window is so drafty! It seems to be helping so that is good. It was very cold and blustery yesterday so I immediately noticed the difference. So I did do some productive things, along with meal prep. But it was still a very laid back weekend. I can feel guilty about that but with a baby on the way in ❤ weeks, I know it's smart to relax now while I can!
Definitely share your planning system and approach. I love hearing what others are doing as it gives me ideas of how to enhance my system. I have such a bare bones planning approach right now since I'm in a different phase of life with young kids, but I want to get back into more intense planning in 1-2 years!
