Copenhagen (Sweden!) Day 7: Photo Dump

Lazier start to day… lounging with tea in my favorite window spot:

In tourist mode 😆:

Heading out!

First, breakfast. Boys wanted their favorite coffee shop blueberry pie (again):

Back to train station. Have I mentioned how INCREDIBLE our apartment location was?! Seriously, it was perfect.

Next stop… SWEDEN!! New country. 🇸🇪

Lund, Sweden:

Lunch in a cute pub:

Cathedral visit:

Warning- impending “cute Swedish house” overload. Asher laughed at me for exclaiming, apparently dorkily, “This is a photographer’s playground!!” 😂 (I mean… it’s true! It is!). These are all just actual streets and houses in the town center of Lund (small university town):

University Library:

Another pretty church…

Back on train… next stop, Malmö, Sweden!

City center:

Wandering by the river:

Another church! 😅

Back on train to Copenhagen, heading over the Øresund Bridge! (Honestly looks much less cool from on the train, but awesome from above! Bridge/tunnel combo. See internet screenshot below.)

Back to apartment- REST for a bit! After hiking and climbing a million steps at Møns Klint the day before, our legs were TIRED. Chill, scroll, relax, etc for an hour or two.

Final dinner out! Adorable Italian place, perfect choice (great find, Ivan ☺️).

Toasting the most amazing trip!!! My heart and spirit are so so so full right now!!!!

Cheers to the people who planned it and/or paid for it, in varying amounts. 🤣

Had to squeeze in one last night cap at our pub!! Good thing this pub isn’t right by my house at home or I might become a real drinker! Lol. Loved this place so much. 🩷 Old English Pub Copenhagen

  1. I am pretty sure we went to that pub! It is beautiful and cozy. We were traveling with another couple and played euchre there one night! Thanks for bringing back a wonderful but fairly distant memory.

  2. As Nicole would say, I AM DYING RIGHT NOW. I am so jealous it’s scary. What PERFECT weather and what a wonderful time and I am telling John we have to get to Denmark in 2026. I have zero excuse not to go and every reason TO go.

Loved the photo dump updates, BTW!

  3. This looks so beautiful! Those houses! I would love wandering around just looking at them. I’ve never been to Sweden- obviously I really missed out. Sounds like this is the last day of your trip-i can’t wait to hear all the details (aren’t you glad you didn’t take a beach vacation? This one sounds perfect!)
